Welcome to GreenLeaf Pest Control. By accessing our website, booking services, or using our pest control solutions, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

GreenLeaf Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services across Ontario. Our services are designed to protect public health, ensure safety, and provide peace of mind through effective and science-based pest control solutions.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding their property and pest concerns. 
  • Access to the property must be granted at the scheduled time of service. 
  • Clients are responsible for following safety instructions provided by GreenLeaf Pest Control technicians. 

3. Payments & Fees

  • All services are billed at the agreed-upon rate at the time of booking. 
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. 
  • Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a service charge. 

4. Service Limitations

  • Pest control services are designed to minimize and control infestations, but no provider can guarantee permanent eradication in all cases. 
  • Results may vary depending on environmental factors and client cooperation with recommended practices. 

5. Liability

GreenLeaf Pest Control is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing property damage or structural issues. 
  • Secondary damages caused by pests prior to or after treatment. 
  • Delayed or undelivered third-party communications (see SMS section below). 

6. GreenLeaf Pest Control Alerts (SMS Messaging)

Greenleaf Pest Control Alerts

  1. You will receive service updates, appointment reminders, promotional offers via SMS.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we may confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@greenleafpestcontrol.com
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
